| Introductory EVOO Sale We've finally gotten around to adding extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) to our inventory. But not any olive oil. We searched high and low and have come up with what we believe is one of the healthiest olive oils on the market. It is from certified organic, California grown (certified COOC) olives, hand harvested, cold pressed. This gives the oil a high polyphenol count for health and low free acidity for longevity.
