Domestic: U.S.A. shipping method is by USPS and UPS. All domestic orders have tracking. If delivery can not be made because of customer input error, typo, or other mistakes we reserve the right to ask you to cover the cost of reshipping and to wait for the carrier to locate the original order.
International: USPS is used for international orders unless an alternative shipping option appears on the checkout page. Countries we ship to are listed in the address dropdown country field on the checkout page. If your country is not listed then we do not ship to it, but you can use a mail forwarding service. Tracking for international shipments only work until the order reaches the destination country but not further. Therefore we can not guarantee delivery beyond entering the destination country. All taxes and duties charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the consumer/customer.
We pre-collect VAT tax for some countries and will refund this back to the customer after acceptance of delivery is acknowledged by emailing us when you receive your order.
Please note we do not ship supplements outside the USA.
