Why is Olivus Extract different?
Our new liquid extract contains fresh olive leaf picked from California olive orchards. By using
fresh leaf extraction
, studies have shown the leaf (and therefore the extract) contains a greater percentage of healthful compounds such as oleuropein, hydroxytyrosol, oleanolic acid, tyrosol, and other polyphenols.
This is a whole herb extract with no standardization for oleuropein or any other constituent of olive leaf. Oleuropein content can vary from batch to batch. Therefore, we do not publish the oleuropein content. Whole herb extracts are recommended by many nutrition experts for containing a wider spectrum of herb constituents.
This product is
recommended for young children
too small to swallow capsules. There is a residual amount of alcohol (approximately 1%) from the extraction process but is considered safe so long as there are no allergic reactions to olive leaf.
Glycerine base is a great option for kids.

excellent product for multiple uses
I bought this specifically for my 5 yo son and dog since neither one will swallow capsules; I give this to my son to prevent colds and other germs from being in school and to my dog for very severe skin allergies; both are doing well and have not experienced the "die off" effect so common in higher dosages; be aware, the toxin "die off" effect is real and still may be evident with this product, however, I only give them both (1) teaspoon a day. I take it as well when I get a cold sore (however, I take the capsules on a daily basis) just as an added dose to help alleviate the duration. I will continue to buy this product! I will give it 4 stars only because the taste is not exactly great, I will take it straight but I put in juice for my son and on my dog's food in order to get them to take it.

Non Alcoholic
I have tried hundreds of supplements over the years, and for me and my family, I feel is the best olive leaf on the market. You know it works when you get a cold and it’s gone in 2 days or less. Can’t describe it... but my body is thankful for it. Thank God there are people who really care about quality to benefit the body and not just profits! I wish it came in a family size! God Bless!!

This lovely product has helped my kitties beautifully and rapidly many times. It is VERY effective for sores that are probably flea allergies (used both topically and added to food).I also take it after dental procedures or if I feel a cold coming on. I wouldn't be without it.

Review Olive Leaf Extract
About i week ago i received my order of Olive Leaf Extract. For the past 5 years of so I have been going to a dermatologist for a skin problem on my forehead. He determined that it was a fungal infection. Symptoms are 'dry' flaking skin eruptions'. Despite several prescriptions it has never improved or abated. Right after showering my skin dried and began to flake. Since using Olive Leaf Extract about 4 days, morning and night, I have noted gradual improvement. My skin remains moist and the eruptions and flaking are stopping. My skin feels much smoother now.

This is pure health
I just started taking the extract a week ago along with the Olive Leaf Extract capsules. I am already feeling the amazing affects of these products. I just ordered two more bottles of the liquid extract the bottles are small and it goes fast. These products are now a staple in my health regimen!

Don't Go Without It!
Let me tell you, I absolutely will NOT go without my Olivus products. The Olive Leaf Skin Care is so wonderful and soothing. Certainly helps the winter roughness. I put the Olive Leaf Liquid Extract in just about everything we drink..from water to milk. Try it, you may not get a winter cold this year!. Linda

A great addition
The Olive Leaf Extract has been a welcome addition to the Olivus Olive leaf capsules. I have been taking Olivus products for over 5 years and my body loves the results. I do not get sick...plenty of energy...To top it all, I went in for a colonoscopy and the treating physician made a comment that he has NEVER seen a colon like mine, referring to the cleaness of my entire large intestine. I will credit the Olivus products for this, whole heartedly.

My family loves this.
I buy this product mainly for my two girls, especially for the winter time. It's an amazing product. This is the second time I have purchased this from Olivus and the reason is that although I can buy olive leaf extract in the uk and I have bought other makes and they have been good and I don't have to pay shipping BUT IT JUST ISN'T A PATCH ON OLIVUS! I will be buying here again

Our liquid herbal extracts are the non-standardized whole herb, or "essence" of bulk herbs, and are often preferred to standardized powder extracts. Therefore the percentage differs from batch to batch. Through the extraction process, all active components in olive leaf are condensed which is why non-standardized extracts are called "wide spectrum." All olive leaf compounds, including Oleuropein and Hydroxytyrosol, are then available for easy assimilation.

This product contains a residual amount of alcohol only, less than 1%. To avoid alcohol completely you will need to order our capsule products or tea products.

Unfortunately, we can not. Our liquid olive leaf products are not standardized and the percentage changes from batch to batch. They are whole herb extracts not standardized for any one constituent.

Olive leaf tincture is in an alcohol base, and this liquid extract is in a glycerin base. Both are whole herb extracts and non-standardized meaning there is no one compound or constituent that is guaranteed to be the same percentage from batch to batch.

It mostly comes from Spain. Extraction is from low temperature alcohol extractant. The alcohol is then evaporated off with the remainder added to a glycerin base.

Liquid products are more susceptible to heat damage if left in heat for long periods. Our products are well packaged to prevent damage but it is prudent to not leave items in the sun on a hot day. Ask your postal carrier to leave in a shaded area if you will not be home when delivered.
