Shipping

Domestic:
U.S.A. shipping method is by USPS 1st class or Priority mail. All domestic orders have tracking. If delivery can not be made because of customer input error, typo, or other mistake we reserve the right to ask you to cover cost of reshipping and to wait for sufficient to for postal system to locate original order.

Free Shipping: Orders with free shipping will be mailed with least expensive ground service with tracking and with a delivery time of  no more than 8 days. For faster shipping please choose an alternative shipping method on the checkout page. Free shipping promotion is for US addresses only.

International: USPS is used for international orders unless you see an alternative shipper option on the checkout page. Countries we ship to are listed in the address dropdown country field on the checkout page. If your country is not listed then we do not ship to it, but you can use the International Checkout button on the shopping cart page to complete your order (see below for more details). Tracking for international shipments only work until the order reaches the destination country but not further. Therefore we can not guarantee delivery beyond entering the destination country. All taxes and duties charged by the destination country is the responsibility of the consumer/customer. 

We pre-collect VAT tax for some countries and will refund this back to customer after acceptance of delivery is acknowledged by emailing us when you receive your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO COUNTRIES NOT SERVICED:

Olivus has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers from countries not covered directly. If you do not see your country listed in the shipping address drop down box, simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO THEY SHIP TO?


Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Satisfaction Guaranteed, if not completely satisfied with our product return package for a full refund. Opened products containing less than 75% of original amount will have refund prorated at our discretion.
